The role:  

Our Submission Coordinator will oversee the submission element of our tender process, ensuring a frictionless and streamlined tender procedure. You will use your written communication strengths to assist in structuring our expressions of interest and submissions.

Your impact:  

Like a wordsmith, your presence in the team will ensure that every tender submitted is of the highest of quality.

Your every day:  

  • Prepare bid submission writing plans that outline responsibilities and timeframes for submission deliverables
  • Assist developing the tender win strategy
  • Ensure submission documents address all required questions and evaluation criteria as outlined in the Request for Tender
  • Author tender response schedules where required
  • Take the lead in response document packaging and submission

Who are you?  

  • Knowledge of MS Office 365 platform and programmes
  • Knowledge of Indesign, graphic presentation and drafting
  • High level of written communication skills
  • Ability to work within timeframes
